We specialise in evidence-based therapy for adults with ADHD and anxiety. We also support
adults navigating stress, burnout, depression, and life transitions.
Based in Clayfield, we offer a calm, supportive space to understand your patterns, build
practical skills, and create more balance in your life, whether you're feeling overwhelmed,
stuck, or simply ready for change.
At Crescendo Psychology, we believe meaningful growth happens gradually; step by step, moment by moment. Crescendo comes from the Latin crescere, meaning "to grow." A quiet reminder that progress unfolds with intention and time.
Damien is a registered psychologist specialising in ADHD and anxiety, with experience
supporting adults through depression, stress, burnout, and adjustment difficulties.
He brings warmth and clarity to his work, valuing genuine therapeutic relationships where clients feel understood and supported to make real, lasting change. His approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, helping clients make sense of their difficulties, recognise unhelpful patterns, and build skills that hold beyond the session.
Damien draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and broader psychotherapy frameworks. He has specialised training in ADHD and anxiety, and tailors his approach to each person's unique experiences and goals.
